  • Matt Buckman, PH.D.
  • Dr. Matt Buckman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Executive Director of the Stress & Trauma Treatment Center. He also serves in various part-time leadership and consultative roles.

Brief Overview of training

  • This Training will inform clinicians in the utilization of Managing & Adapting Practices. The training will include the availability and utilization of effective Practicewise tools including EBP search tools, practice guides, process guides, and clinical progress monitoring tools to increase the use of evidence-based interventions with youth. A specialized focus will be on youth with disruptive behavior concerns.

Objectives

  1. Learn how to utilize MAP (Managing and Adapting Practice) system
  2. Identify needed resources and utilize Practicewise tools to meet client needs
  3. Learn to utilize MAP as a treatment design, implementation and evaluation toolkit
